HEMALKASA PROJECT
The Lok Biradari Prakalp (People's Brotherhood Project) was established in 1973 at Hemalkasa in the Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra. The early years of the project entailed a massive struggle in the extremely difficult conditions of a thick and remote forest.
